I am selling my beautiful 1991 VW Westfalia Camper van – the last year VW made this model. This vehicle has an automatic transmission, power windows and door locks, as well as power mirrors and a good, working Air Condition system. It is a second-owner vehicle with a clear title and current California registration and 122K original miles on the engine and body. It has a very strong transmission. The engine runs extremely well and it just this week passed the California smog with flying colors.

The following is a list of all the recent renovations and upgrades that have been completed within the last three years.

Cooling System:
> new coolant distributor kit
> stainless steel pipes and T-connector
> brand new heater core hoses (26 feet) & heater hose clamps
> new lower temperature thermostat & seal, thermostat aluminum housing and wiring kit, thermostat connector hoses and new thermostat & temperature sensors.
> installed new non-phosphorus (VW) coolant.

Fuel System:
> installed new fuel filter & Bosch fuel pump and high and low pressure hoses.
> reconditioned fuel tank with fuel tank re-seal kit.
> new fuel sending unit
> new aluminum fuel rails and high pressure FI hoses and FI non-abrasive steel clamps.
> cleaned and tested all 4 fuel injectors to assure proper FI operation.

Braking System:
> Installed brand new front cross-drilled and slotted rotors, all new wheel bearings & ceramic brake pads.
> new rear brake drums, brake shoes & wheel cylinders & adjusted e-brake cables.

Suspension:
> installed new front and rear Bilstein shocks.
> new upper ball joints
> new Left & Right tie-rod ends
> had front and rear wheels aligned.

Exhaust System:
> Installed a new muffler and tail pipe including new exhaust hardware.

Body Exterior:
> Installed new rear VW symbol.
> removed, renovated and re-installed propane tank.
> re-installed propane regulator and plastic housing and tested for leaks.
> new rear hatch pistons (2)
> new front and rear wiper blades

Body Interior:
> installed new skylight assembly & skylight lift kit.
> new auxiliary battery and power inverter.
> installed new original VW three-window (gray) pop-top canvas.

Engine:
> the engine has 122K original miles.
> it had a complete tune-up this past week with new plugs, distributor cap, ignition rotor and Bougicord plug wires.
