The Good:
-Just passed smog test!
-Hard to come by!
-2nd owner
-Runs nicely
-Low Mileage: 92,411 original miles
-Hard top, no need to pop up
-Serviced regularly (have records)
-Stove, fridge, sink.
-Fold out tables
-Multiple fold out beds
-Cooling system checked recently
-Full curtains for privacy
-Extras: Custom Bra and Original Brochure for the Adventurewagon Mark VII Model

The Bad:
-Slider is tricky to close securely
-Rust holes from North Coast living would be hard to repair
-House batteries dead (but we can plug it in to check systems)
-Heater fan is out (still warms while driving, just doesn’t blow powerfully)
-Water tank for windshield wipers leaks, need repair/replacement

The Ugly:
-Rust (see photos!)
-Did I mention rust?
