Gas, automatic 1980 Westfalia Vanagon. Completely gutted save for both front seats and dashboard. Roof still pops up. Engine is BRAND NEW. Van was parked were it sits about 15 years ago: only a few months after engine replacement. I just attached a battery to it the other day and it still cranks and runs with a little starter fluid. The fuel system is gummed up after a decade and a half of sitting. A lot of rust. But, nothing major. Make me an offer. But, don’t insult me. BRAND NEW ENGINE. Periferals, like the heads were of course, reused. What you’re looking at is nothing but 15 years of bugs, rodents and atmospherics. Work was done at Dick’s Autohaus in Wye Mills, MD.
