Selling my 1980 Westfalia camper, complete with working stove, new Avanti high efficiency fridge, working water pump and reserve, and 100 watt solar panel system with 400 watt inverter. Vehicle was repainted and the interior was customized by previous owner, set up for a cross country road trip for off grid camping.

THE GOOD: just installed brand new battery and skylight. Rust on panels was grinded down and covered with sheet metal then painted with rust proof paint. Scrape on rear quarter panel was grinded down and bondo was applied to stop rusting. Inside Paneling was replaced with bead board. cabinetry was repainted with truck liner paint. Storage area to left of stove was replaced with 100 year old oak counter. Brand new pop top canvas. Stove, fridge and sink all working. Solar panel system works great!

THE BAD: Not currently running, engine tries to turn over, and has with the help of a jump, but wont stay running. Just before engine stopped running it was running on three cylinders for a short period of time. There is rust, as i had said a lot of this was grinded down and painted over with rust proof paint by previous owner. But there are still some areas of the undercarriage that show rust.

Body of vehicle has about 175k miles on it. The engine was rebuilt 60k miles ago but may need to be rebuilt again. I do not have the funds to rebuild the engine. My loss your gain.
