1990 Vanagon Westfalia – Fully Upgraded – No Rust – Price lowered for off-season sale.
Beautifully cared for 1990 Westfalia Full Camper. Runs perfectly. Exterior is 9.5/10. Interior is 9.5/10 including additional lighting, locking center console and under-seat safe, oil pressure and battery monitors, Propex heater, and brand new folding leather seats. Mechanically it’s very sound – including upgrades to cooling system, fuel system, suspension, wheels/tires.
This is a life-long West Coast van – no rust – with original 2.1 Waterboxer engine. These last a long time and are easily serviced, unlike complicated Subaru conversions.
ENGINE/MECHANICAL
– GoWesty stainless coolant pipes, all new radiator hoses and radiator. Radiator baffle. Only DI water and blue german coolant used. GoWesty stainless coolant expansion tank. Isolated transmission cooler. ($3,000+ value)
– All fuel lines replaced (tank to rail), tank re-sealed. Fuel pump replaced. ($1,500 value)
– Schwenk linear springs. Bilstein HD shocks. New power steering rack, bushings, tie rod ends. BFG ATK02 on 16” alloy wheels. Stainless brake lines, Big disk brakes up front. ($1,500 value)
