We’re moving on to a different type of vacationing, so we’re selling our westy. We’ve traveled all over the western us from the coast to the colorado mountains. The westy is in great shape and we’re the type of owners who invest to fix things the right way.

The inside, outside, engine, paint and undercarriage are all in good shape. It’s an automatic transmission, with power steering, power windows and power door locks. The passenger window is a little sluggish so it may need some work within a year or so. The air conditioning system was completely upgraded last year and blows nice and cold.

The popup tent is a new three-window gowesty. All of the camping equipment like the stove, refrigerator, and sink are in good working order. There’s an auxiliary battery too.

The seat upholstery and dash are in fine shape. We have new rubber mats on all the floors, plus a console. There’s a pioneer stereo system. The 15″ tires have plenty of tread; there are 15,000 miles on them.

There were two rust spots on the body when we bought the van so we had those taken care of. Most of the van was repainted with the original burgundy color, and the fiberglass top was painted white. There are some tiny paint blemishes inside the front doors that have been poorly touched up with paint.

There’s a sidewinder awning attached, plus a thule multi-purpose roof rack for surf gear, and a trailer hitch. Also included is a new memory foam mattress topper.
