The perfect adventure mobile with an upgraded pop top (fall 2014), roof rack (cargo topper not included) and reupholstered door panels. Received a tune up and fluid change in January and is ready for the camping season ahead.
A few things to note:
– seam rust is on lower seams of the body, she’s garaged now but this could be something On a handy person’s fix list.
– right rear fender was damaged. Cosmetically unattractive but sealed with bondo.
– new spark plugs, wires, vacuum lines, distributor and brake lines (2014)
– new battery (2014)
– new exhaust (2013)
– interior is in good condition–without original refrigerator. We use that space for dry storage and carry a cooler. Original curtains and seats in very good condition.
– upgraded stereo CD system with cable to plug in your phone/MP3 player, surround sound
– wood floor makes for easy cleaning.
Come check her out. This isn’t a restored westy but if you are looking to get into the van life and experience the fun of camping, this vehicle will serve you well.
