1985 Volkswagen Vanagon GL 7 passenger van.
1.9 liter wasserboxer engine with 4 speed manual transmission. Only 65,675 original miles. Blue cloth interior is in amazing shape with only some sun fading in a few spots and a tear in the driver front headrest. The exterior is silver and could use a respray.
There are some cosmetic defects, but it is a 38 year old vehicle. The engine has been recently rebuilt with all new bearings, rings, water pump, thermostat, fuel injectors, fuel lines, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, coolant temp sensor, oil pressure sensor, pushrod tube seals, valve cover gaskets, head gaskets, cylinder jug seals, oil filter, accessory belts, coolant reservoir, engine harness, front crankshaft seal, rear main seal, clutch, fuel pump, fuel filter, and probably more in forgetting.
Things that haven’t been repaired/replaced yet are axles, brakes, and tires. Asking $8,500 or best offer. Will also consider trades.
