Price reduced. I bought a westy while recovering from surgery last year. It’s a fun camper, I’m just not using it as much as I thought, and am getting ready to move. Inspected and fully driveable.
Previous owner tried to bondo the rust spots, so now there are bumps on the body. No major dents, but cosmetically unappealing. I’ve since painted all the rust in the photos with rustoleum in matching color. Bought it for $5000 last summer, put about 2k into it- brakes, battery, wiring, etc.
It’s got a gti engine with approx 225k miles on it. Fridge doesn’t work. The only real drawback to this van is that there’s some kind of power draw I haven’t figured out yet- put in a battery disconnect switch added until that is figured out.
Could use a new pop top screen when they’re finally back in stock at gowesty.Com .
No leaks though.
