Tinkerbelle is an original diesel VW Vanagon camper that has been fully restored and upgraded to 1998 AHU TDI OBD2 diesel engine with Stage 2 “torque bliss” chips and liquid inter-cooler.
Has rebuilt air cooled transmission (tallest ring and pinion) with taller 3rd and 4th gears. All new suspension bushings, ball joints, springs, brakes (new not rebuilt), cooling and heating systems, etc.
Pretty much every moving and plumbing part has been replaced. New pop top canvas, pop top refinished, new window seals, undercoated, Blaupunkt sound system, even the OE speakers were rebuilt! Would love to keep her but have too many campers.
About 20k miles since restoration. Runs great. Selling for a fraction of investment.
