82′ VW Vanagon Westfalia camper for sale

Lots of new parts. 16600 miles since completely overhauled engine and new Clutch ($5,100 receipt available). Brand new cylinder heads two months ago ($2,300). Gas tank serviced and resealed completed in 2014. Very solid mechanical condition. No rust. Original California Model (w/electronic ignition and catalytic converter)

Last year of the air cooled engine. (Update from seller 11/6/18 – “I was advised by a observant reader that this is not the last year of the air cooled as stated in the ad.. don’t know if it matters, but the air cooled lasted until half way trough 83’.”)

Unknown total mileage due replaced odometer.

Interior restoration 95% completed (all new interior panels, seat re-upholstered, new headliners, and cabinetry re-work) only small stuff like curtains remain.

I’ve sunk a lot of hard work and money into this project but must end it as I’m moving to the Middle East for work next month and decided to sell it rather than store.
