Has been a fun restoration project, but life changes and am reluctantly moving on.

4 new GoWesty 15 in. rims;  4 new Mich Defender tires. 90 K miles warranty. (less than 1500 miles on tires)

4 new KYB Shocks; full tune up, oil and filter change.  Odometer was not working when bought, replaced speedo cable reading is 63,000,

Mechanically, brakes are front disk and rear drums with new brake hoses; New CV joint boots and full clean and repack w/ mollylithium grease;  New elect. Fuel pump; New Interstate Battery;  Installed CHT gauge;  New seals for pop top and luggage rack; New rear hatch door struts; New rear muffler w/ exhaust sleeve;  New motor mounts;  New V Belt; New Oil Cooler;

Rebuilt engine heads, new valves, etc, all NEW parts; Installed New Electronic Ignition;  

Weber Carb – Rejetted for sea level. High altitude jets available.  2.0 L (1,970 cc) Air cooled; Weber carb model DFEV Progressive (32/36 DFEV).

Front seats newly reupholstered; original model rear seat/bed & curtain fabric pattern; working refrigerator; New Paint to Factory spec Pastel White.

Current Registration & have pink slip.

The Westfalia pop-top camper Vanagons, came in two versions. The Camper version had integrated kitchen, complete with refrigerator (which ran on Propane, 110V or 12V), a two burner stove, and stainless steel sink with onboard water supply. A fold down rear bench seat converted to a bed and the pop-top includes a fold out bed; these models could sleep 2 adults & 2 kids.
