1990 Volkswagen Vanagon Carat, Wolfsburg edition.
Our van has been used lightly over the last three years during the summer for road trips and camping. Back seat folds down to queen size bed with storage underneath. Weekender style with reverse captain chair and folding table in back seat. Last year we put in 10k of work mainly upgrading the suspension, front and rear lift, plus new wheels and tires.
Original 1.8L engine has been swapped with 2.5L Subaru vaxed engine and only has 40,000 miles on the engine. The price reflects that the van requires the transmission being rebuilt which we have been quoted around 4k to rebuild.
Can still starts and can get into first and second gear and reverse.
