Planned on turning it into a wonderful road trip and camping vehicle, but it no longer fits the family.
It has the queen sized bed/ rear seat and is ready to be finished to become the perfect camper van.
The good: Remanufactured 2008 Subaru 2.5ej engine swapped (I’ve put a little over 3000 mi on the engine), upgraded stainless steel coolant lines, new clutch, new slave cylinder, upgraded clutch lines, Subaru power steering, Subaru gauge cluster, brand new headlight adjusters, OBD2 connections left intact, left ac connections available for converting if desired.
The not so good:
Passenger side step holes that rusted through(see photos). Original 4 speed transmission causes extra fuel consumption on highway (still not as bad as the original engine) (transmission can be regeared but I haven’t done it yet.)
All in all, while it still needs some work, for the right person this is the perfect starter to be able to build it how you want it.
