This 1981 VOLKSWAGEN WESTFALIA CAMPER.

This 1981 Volkswagen sports: major rebuilt 2.0L air-cooled horizontally-opposed 4-cylinder engine 4-speed manual transmission, Rear sleeping area with mattress and Pop-up top. This camper could be an excellent addition to any Volkswagen collection, or this camper could be the perfect vacationing vehicle for buyers interested in traveling! Scudder Performance rebuilt engine, (3,000 miles ago). Son and I started to work through the entire Van until he left for college. It’s turned into a project that we can’t seem to find time to complete.

So, wife wants it to find a new home. Has air conditioning upgrade (not hooked up, yet), floor replaced with wood, upgraded stereo and speakers, body is straight, had it painted close to original color, but a little noticeable miscolol panels. Has some rust on window crome area. I have a lot of receipts for work performed over $7,000. Its a driver and starts up everytime. Top folds up and canvas is overall good, no rips…we took out old stove and sink.

Asking $16,500. Likely won’t last at this price…thats about what I’ve spent to date and seeing them go for a lot more. May consider cash/trade for well maintained RV. Call Mike
