For sale 1985 VW Westfalia Vanagon. Extremely low miles and exceptional quality for this vintage of vehicle. It has been well maintained and is in great mechanical condition. Almost brand new tires, very nice JVC stereo system with removable face, dual batteries one for starting and one for auxiliary lighting and components, swivel captain chairs (driver and passenger), rear bench slides down to create a bed and storage in the rear when the bench is up.
This is a camper/backpackers dream! It has a dual mode refrigerator: selectable for either LP gas or electric. It has a sink with an electric pump or manual pump, which is able to use the existing water tank or hook up directly to a water source. Multiple storage closets and cupboards for all your gear and accessories. There is also a two burner LP gas stove. It does have a factory installed LP storage tank as well. The camper sleeps approximately four people. It has a pop up canvas roof/tent which can sleep two people. The back seat folds out to sleep another two people. Within the dining area there is a table which swivels out in front of the bench seat.
This is a great vehicle for camping, backpacking, hiking, tailgating at football/ baseball games, would make a good bugout vehicle or survivalist vehicle. It would also make a great cross country vehicle to your favorite state or national park.
