1986 VW Syncro 4 wheel drive Vanagon with Westfalia camper interior. 166500 miles, babied by mature female for last 10 years. Engine and transmission were rebuilt at time of purchase at 108,000 miles.
Major upgrading including air conditioning, tinted windows, power steering rack, starter booster, clutch and master and slave cylinders. Recent brakes, drive shafts, shocks, all terrain tires, complete front axle rebuild, ignition switch, idle control valve along with regular oil changes.
The camper interior features refrigerator, stove, removable table, seat that folds into a bed and plenty of storage. All cloth upholstery is in very good condition. $840 stereo CD player cranks the tunes.
The 2.1 liter water cooled 4 cylinder engine runs great and delivers good mileage. The 5 speed manual transmission is quiet and shifts fine. All records and documentation is available.
The body has only a couple of tiny rust spots that were treated and has a few scratches and small dents.
